0-10 Daily Habits

There are many books and articles about self help and mindfulness, about sorting one’s life out and following a life style that allows one to still the mind. I recently came across this one which does resonate. Simple but really very relevant and regrettably I can’t find who to attribute it to:

0 – Hours of television

1 – Hour of exercise

2 – Litres of water

3 – Cups of hot green tea

4 – Short mental breaks

5 – Small meals

6 – AM wake up time

7 – Minutes of laughter

8 – Hours of sleep (at least)

9 – PM end of the day

10 – Thoughts of gratitude (list 10 things you’re grateful for)
